EMOLiA provides this website to introduce its programmes, resources and ways to start a conversation. Programme availability, dates, fees, delivery and suitability are confirmed directly with EMOLiA before any agreement is made.

Resources and enquiries

Submitting a form or downloading a resource does not create a contract or guarantee a place on a programme. Please provide accurate contact information and do not submit content that is confidential, unlawful or belongs to another person without permission.

Speaking Club recurring memberships

EMOLiA Speaking Club offers three recurring membership plans: AED 200 every month, AED 1,000 every six months or AED 1,800 every twelve months. The entire amount for the chosen period is charged at checkout, and the same amount is charged automatically at each subsequent billing interval unless the subscription is cancelled. The selected price and interval are displayed again in the secure Stripe checkout before payment.

To request cancellation, email contact@emoliaeducation.com using the email address associated with your purchase, preferably before your next renewal date. Ask EMOLiA to confirm that the subscription has been cancelled and when the cancellation takes effect. Sending a general website enquiry does not, by itself, cancel an active Stripe subscription.

Billing questions and refunds

For an incorrect charge, a refund enquiry or a question about subscription access, contact contact@emoliaeducation.com and identify the membership plan. Please do not email payment-card details. A cancellation request does not automatically reverse a payment already made. The treatment of refund requests depends on the applicable law and the terms agreed at purchase; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Subscriptions are paid through Stripe's hosted checkout. EMOLiA does not collect payment-card details through its website forms. All other EMOLiA programmes may have separately agreed terms.

Intellectual property

The EMOLiA name, branding, content and resources on this website are protected. You may view and share links to them for personal or internal evaluation, but may not reproduce, adapt or commercially use them without written permission.
